We’d appreciate if you could fill out the following form so that we have all the information we need before coming to install your Timbertunnel.

Preferably a mobile so we can let you know our ETA etc.
Please include any notes we need to help us to find you. Particularly if the postcode covers several addresses!
We will be arriving in a large van (sometimes plus trailer). Are we able to access the property and park reasonably close to the Timbertunnel site?
So we know what length extension cable to bring. If there’s no power, that’s fine!
If so, approximately how far from the Timbertunnel site is it? We will bring a hose.

Preparation of the Timbertunnel site

To be able to install your Timbertunnel we need a clear and level area the size of the tunnel plus 1m clearance.

“Clear and level” means that the site is clear of long grass, rocks, weeds and tussocks (short grass is fine), and levelled to within 5cm over the whole area.

We cannot install your Timbertunnel on a slope and undulations in the ground will result in gaps underneath the frame where wind can get in.

We recommend using a laser level to check the area as it can be deceiving as to whether ground is level! Most building contractors will be able to do this for you, or you can hire a laser level from a tool hire centre.

Turf and groundcover does not need to be removed if the ground is already level.

If we arrive on site and the ground is not level, we will not be able to install the tunnel and reserve the right to charge our time and mileage. This will be charged at £3/mile from our workshop in Skerray.

Click or drag files to this area to upload. You can upload up to 4 files.
If you are able to, please upload photo(s) of the site once prepared. Or you can email these to info@timbertunnel.co.uk or whatsapp to 07920114353
